Die textlichen Erläuterungen zu den dargestellten Entwicklungszielen sind dem Landschaftsplan Dortmund, Band I, Kapitel II, zu entnehmen. Die zur Festsetzungskarte gehörenden rechtsverbindlichen textlichen Festsetzungen sind im Landschaftsplan Dortmund, Band I, Kapitel III, aufgeführt.
