Lage der Bebauungspläne

Die API liefert die Bebauungsplanumrisse mit beigefügten Links zum Bebauungsplan und zur Begründung. Der Bebauungsplan enthält nach dem Baugesetzbuch die rechtsverbindlichen Festsetzungen über die städtebauliche Ordnung, wie z.B.: Art und Maß der baulichen Nutzung, Bauweise, Anzahl der Geschosse, Verkehrsflächen.
